Dovra Beta — runtime redistribution notice
Internal batch: beta-20260916

This supplement accompanies NOTICE, LICENSE, licenses/credits.html and the
component-specific licence files. It does not replace their grants or conditions.

1. DirectX Shader Compiler (DXC)

The separately built dxcompiler.dll comes from the Chromium/Dawn vendored
DirectX Shader Compiler source revision:
  4b537fd7a7f83373000dea9a3d1d308bf47c3d45
Project: https://github.com/microsoft/DirectXShaderCompiler
Fixed original licence:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/DirectXShaderCompiler/4b537fd7a7f83373000dea9a3d1d308bf47c3d45/LICENSE.TXT

The complete original combined licence is reproduced without text changes in
licenses/runtime/DXC-LICENSE.txt. It includes the University of Illinois/NCSA
licence and the separately identified contributions, permissions, disclaimers
and build/test dependencies. Those identified sections retain their own scope;
the compiler DLL is not declared to be under a single MIT or GPL licence.
The existing offline credits entry is titled DirectX-Shader-Compiler and carries
the same full licence text. The separate original file preserves exact bytes.

2. Microsoft Windows SDK runtime components

d3dcompiler_47.dll and dxil.dll are supplied as unmodified Microsoft Windows SDK
redistributable object-code components for this classic Windows desktop program.
The selected copies are from the SDK's Redist/D3D/x64 directory. They are not
licensed by the open-source DXC grant merely because a related project is open
source, and are not offered as standalone SDK or development-library downloads.

The original accompanying SDK licence and its third-party notices are retained
without changes at:
  licenses/runtime/Windows-SDK-LICENSE.rtf
  licenses/runtime/Windows-SDK-THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.rtf
The latter is the SDK's supplied notices bundle, not a claim that every SDK
feature or listed third-party project is contained in these two DLLs.
SDK EULA identifier: WIN10SDK.RTM.AUG_2018_en-US.
Microsoft redistribution list:
  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/windows-sdk/redist
See the Microsoft Runtime Components section of TERMS.md for the narrowly
scoped user conditions. These Microsoft terms do not replace the licences of
Chromium, FFmpeg, Opus, Rust or the separately built open-source DXC library.
No Microsoft, Google or LLVM endorsement is implied.

3. Source and relinking materials

The FFmpeg and Opus source archives identified in SOURCE-MATERIALS.md correspond
to their prepared source revisions; they do not alone supply the application
objects and instructions required for the complete FFmpeg relinking route.
Consult the release's actual source/relink inventory and its hashes. Microsoft
SDK/MSVC import and static libraries are not provided as standalone members of
that inventory; where needed, the relink instructions identify the legitimate
local toolchain and library inputs. No third-party component receives a new
licence merely by being placed next to this supplement.
